Director Derek Cianfrance – who previously worked with Gosling in Blue Valentine – also penned The Place Beyond the Pines, which boasts a stellar supporting cast including Dane DeHaan, Ben Mendelsohn, Eva Mendes, Ray Liotta, and Rose Byrne.
